NVM Express Excites Attendees at FMS 2024: Session Slides & Videos Now Available

We had another successful showing at FMS this year, now called the Future of Memory and Storage conference and we wanted to share where you can view all of the NVM Express resources. We kicked off the show with a sponsored speaker track, featuring deep dives into the latest enhancements in NVM Express® (NVMe®) technology from our technical experts. Our presentations highlighted the newly released NVMe 2.1 Base specification, Live Migration, High Availability, Event Notification, support for CXL® technology and other essential features. NVM Express Live Migration Wins Most Innovative Memory Technology Award

We were also pleased to receive the FMS Best of Show award for the Most Innovative Memory Technology category for NVMe Live Migration. We wanted to extend a special thank you to all our members who helped define and deliver the feature.

Nicolae Mogoreanu (Google), Benjamin Walker (NVIDIA), Yuliya Tarnikova (Google), Mike Allison (Samsung), Lee Prewitt (Microsoft), and Chaitanya Kulkarni (NVIDIA) accepted the FMS Best of Show award on behalf of NVM Express.

A new activity this year, we visited exhibiting NVM Express member companies on the exhibit floor to learn more about their innovative NVMe technology demos. In case you missed it, you can learn more about how NVM Express member companies like AIC, FADU, Kioxia, Micron, Samsung, Wolley, and Xinnor are taking advantage of the grounding breaking NVMe features.
